Now, I used to run, when I was much, much younger, but I haven’t really done anything sports-like for years, except that I walk all day at work - mostly because my body has serious issues. Which is loud. You put some carbide stuff-whatever-thingy in an old (metal) milk churn, put the lid on, light it from the back, and BOOM explosion. Yup. Gonna go look at that tomorrow. Not gonna actually do it myself, methinks.
